During the period of April 5, 2008 to May 2, 2008, Scafar Contracting, Inc. has completed the construction of the Raw Water Reservoir (Contract No. 796042F) and the Treatment Plant Modifications (Contract 796042G). Ace-Manzo, Inc. has completed the 42” ductile iron pipe Raw Water Transmission Main Project (Contract 796042H). Listed below are the significant events of the past month:

1. Phase V of the Reservoir Sponsorship Program was approved by the Board of Commissioners at the January 28, 2008 Caucus/Public Meeting and will extend through December 31, 2008.
    

2. Owen, Little & Associates made a presentation to the Board of Commissioners at the April 28, 2008 Public Meeting on the preliminary designs of the North and South Parking Lot Expansions.

In addition, the following reservoir payments were made on the April 28, 2008 Bill Resolution:

1. Dasti, Murphy, McGuckin, Ulaky - $140;

Through the March 24, 2008 Bill Resolution, the Reservoir Payments total $33,792,686.
